1. Funeral arrangement Monday to Thursday during office hours by phone, email or at our offices 2. Transfer of the deceased into our care within 70km of our Highgate Mortuary 3. Respectful preparation and placing of deceased in a cotton garment 4. Provision of Essential Coffin 5. If required, identification at our Highgate, Medina or Mandurah facilities for up to 15 minutes and no more than 3 people (identification time is at our discretion) 6. Funeral service Monday to Thursday at a time set by the Funeral Director, for a duration of 60 minutes 7. Pre-placement of coffin in cemetery chapel (transfer by Hearse or specialised transfer vehicle) 8. A funeral notice 9. Placement of funeral notice on our website 10. Celebrant appointed by the funeral director 11. Registration of death and certified copy of Death Certificate 12. Cremation - including Cremation Permit and Cremation Fee (cremation booking time is at our discretion) 13. Medical Papers from Medical Practitioner 14. Provision of support following the funeral including Trillion Trees Memorial Program

Single Service Funeral • Funeral procession leaves from the funeral home for Cemetery Service; or • Funeral procession leaves from residence for Cemetery Service; or • Funeral procession leaves from residence for Church Service only (no attendance at cemetery); or • A service in our funeral home chapel followed by tea, coffee and biscuits in our condolence lounge (no attendance at the cemetery); or • A Graveside Service with funeral procession commencing at cemetery gates.

Dual Service Funeral • A Church Service, followed by a Cemetery Service; or • A Funeral Home Chapel Service, with tea, coffee and biscuits (1 hour) followed by a Cemetery Service; or • A Cemetery Chapel Service followed by burial.

Viewing for up to 10 people for 45 minutes at our Cannington, Cottesloe, Dianella, Mandurah, Medina, Midland, and Perth locations. Monday to Thursday at a time set by Funeral Director. 6. Music – We are able to play background music only, OR family is permitted to bring own music and device to play it on e.g. IPhone or IPad and a speaker 7. Refreshments - Tea, coffee and biscuits - within the 45 minute viewing time 8. Registration of death and certified copy of Death Certificate 9. Metropolitan Cemetery Board Adult interment fee 10. Grant of Right of Burial (standard size MCB lawn grave) 11. Medical Papers from Medical Practitioner 12. Provision of support following the funeral including Trillion Trees Memorial Program
